A Safari Party Menu With a Recipe for Dirt Cupcakes

You'll enjoy a Safari party with the guests even more if you have a great Safari menu set up. The guests will enjoy your party too with the following Safari party menu ideas. It's not hard to follow these suggestions because they are so tasty and they'll be suitable for the carnivores and the herbivores at your party.

Animal or dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets is perfect for the kids at the Safari party. You can also serve up plenty of fruits for the guests; try dipping them in chocolate or make up Chocolate Covered Ants for the Anteaters at the party to nosh on. Trail Mix is a tasty treat for the Safari Hunters in the group. You can also make up Dirt Cupcake for the kids to eat. Chicken Drumsticks and pork chops are just the right food for those meat lovers, while an extensive and tasty salad bar is just right for the veggie fans.

For this Safari party treat you'll need the following ingredients: 1 box cheap cake mix, plus ingredients on the cake box for making cake, Cupcake liners, chocolate frosting, Chocolate wafers or Oreos, Gummy worms and/or other decorations.

Mix up the cake mix according to directions on the box, set aside. Place cupcake liners in a muffin pan. Fill the cupcake liners each about 3/4 full. Then, bake the cupcakes according to the instructions on the cake box. Remove from oven and let cool. Apply frosting to the cupcakes. Smash up the Oreo cookies or chocolate wafers. Sprinkle on top of the frosting. Carefully arrange one or two gummy worms on top of each of the cupcakes to finish it off.

These Dirt Cupcakes are excellent treats for the guests at your Safari party. Make sure you have plenty of paper goods for the buffet.
