How to make rice Bibingka

Bibingka has rolls of rice or rice noodles. There are many different ways how to make bibingka. But I'm going to show the bibingka my mom and I when I was a child. Except, here ... in this version, I added the eggs and vanilla. Basically, the flour bibingka is made with rice, freshly squeezed coconut milk, sugar and yeast. In ours, we added seeds of anise, if available. We baked our bibingka luck using an oven large batch, divided intohalf for a drawer. (My father has added a wooden handle with the bottom drawer for easy handling.) Bibingka usually baked in a ring of tin, another home-made device, covered with dried coconut leaves. Coal or wood are placed in the top and bottom of the oven luck. The top coal bibingka give a nice golden crust. Indeed.
