- 1 package of moist white cake mix - 18.25 ounces
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee powder
- 1/4cup of coffee
- 1 tablespoon of coffee flavored liqueur
- 1 container of mascarpone cheese - 8 ounces
- 1/2 cup of confection sugar
- 2 tablespoons of coffee flavored liqueur
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of confection sugar
- 2 tablespoons of coffee flavored liqueur
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 square semisweet chocolate - 1 ounce
Directions of making the Best Tiramisu Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Grease and flour 3 pans - 9 inch
- Prepare the cake mix according to the directions on the box
- Divide two thirds of the batter between two pans
- Stir in the instant coffee into the remaining batter
- Pour into the remaining pan
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

- Place one plain cake layer on a plate
- Make holes into the cake about an inch apart
- Pour 1/3 of the reserved coffee mixture over top of the cake
- Spread the remaining half of the filling mix
- Put the coffee flavored cake layer on the top
- Make holes into the cake
- Pour another 1/3 of the coffee mix over the second layer and spread the remaining filling over it
- Add the remaining cake layer on top
- Make holes in the cake
- Pour remaining coffee mix on top
- Spread sides and top of the cake with the frosting
- Place cocoa in a sieve and dust the top of the cake
- Garnish with chocolate curls and refrigerate about 30 minutes
